In order to construct a new sanitary main under Fourth Street, Mid Illinois Concrete and Broeren Russo will be closing the northbound lane of Fourth Street between White Street and University Avenue. The closure will begin on Monday, November 12 and will reopen on Friday, November 30.
During the closure, northbound traffic will not be allowed; however, southbound traffic will remain open. All lanes of University Avenue and White Street will remain open during the construction.
