In order to perform fiber optic installation operations, Metro Communications Company will close one eastbound lane of Kirby Avenue between Prospect Avenue and Neil Street. The lane closure will begin on Thursday, June 14 and is expected to be completed and reopened to traffic on Thursday, June 28. During the closure, eastbound traffic will be reduced to one lane in the area. The City appreciates the cooperation of travelers in the area and encourages caution when traveling through work zones.
