In order to repair a broken water valve near 520 N Neil Street, Illinois American Water closed two lanes of Neil Street between Columbia Avenue and Washington Street. The lane closures began on May 16 and will reopen on May 21. Northbound and southbound traffic will each be reduced to one lane during the closure.
