In order to repair a broken water valve near 520 N Neil Street, Illinois American Water will close two lanes of Neil Street between Columbia Avenue and Washington Street. The lane closures will begin on Wednesday, May 16 and will reopen on Monday, May 21. Northbound and southbound traffic will each be reduced to one lane during the closure.
