In order to perform routine storm sewer maintenance, Hoerr Construction, Inc. will intermittently close one eastbound lane and one westbound lane of Kirby Avenue between Mattis Avenue and Mayfair Road. Traffic will be merged into a single lane in each direction through a short construction work zone.
Work is planned to begin at 7:30 a.m. on Wednesday, March 21 and is planned to be completed by 4:00 p.m. Friday, March 23. Traffic in both the eastbound and westbound lanes of Kirby Avenue may be affected during the work hours of 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Minor traffic delays may occur.
This work is weather dependent and may be delayed in the event of inclement weather. The City appreciates the cooperation of travelers in the area and encourages caution when traveling through work zones.
