The Neighborhood Services Department received a complaint concerning this inoperative motor vehicle in August 2017. Property Maintenance Inspector Kim Burnett investigated and found the vehicle was unregistered and in violation of City Ordinance. A 10-day notice to abate was issued and upon reinspection it was observed the vehicle had not been removed. This resulted in the vehicle being posted with a twenty-four (24) hour towing sticker. The case was referred to the City Legal Department for an Administrative Search Warrant to tow the vehicle, however, it was observed that the vehicle had been removed as of September 18, 2017.
