In order to repair a leaking water line, Illinois American Water Company will be closing one southbound lane of Neil Street between Bradley Avenue and Beardsley Avenue. The work will begin on Monday, July 31, 2017, and the lane will reopen on Friday, August 4, 2017, weather permitting. Southbound traffic will be reduced to one lane during the closure.
