Contractors wishing to bid on the next and FINAL round of Bristol Place demolitions must submit their application for the Bristol Place Demolition Contractor Pool to the City of Champaign, Neighborhood Services Department no later than 4 p.m., August 1. All contractors that meet the requirements and are approved for the Bristol Place Demolition Contractor Pool will be invited to bid on the upcoming Bristol Place demolitions. This will be the FINAL invitation to apply for the Bristol Place Demolition Contractor Pool. Neighborhood Services Department staff estimates eighteen to twenty-six bid packages will be available for demolition.
