In order to place a crane and replace equipment at 1417 S. Neil Street, Design-Air Heating & Air Conditioning will close Birch Street between State Street and Frederick Street.
The closure begins on Monday, May 15 and reopens on Tuesday, May 16. Through traffic will not be allowed in the area. Access to local properties will be maintained during this construction.
