In order to place a crane and replace equipment at 1417 S. Neil Street, Design-Air Heating & Air Conditioning will close Birch Street between State Street and Frederick Street. The closure begins on Monday, April 24 and reopens on Tuesday, April 25, 2017. Through traffic will not be allowed in the area. Access to local properties will be maintained during this construction.
