In order to pour new curb and gutter at 217 S. Neil St., Wells and Wells Construction will close one southbound lane of Neil Street between Clark Street and White Street. The closure will begin on Thursday, April 13 and will reopen on Friday, April 14, 2017. Southbound traffic will be reduced to one lane in the area. All lanes will be reopened overnight.
