In order to complete a storm sewer connection at 217 South Neil Street, Wells and Wells Construction and Mayfield Construction will close one southbound lane of Neil Street between Clark Street and White Street. The closure will begin on Monday, January 30 and will reopen on Friday, February 3, 2017, weather permitting. Southbound traffic will be reduced to one lane in the area.
