In order to install sanitary sewer services at 212 E. Green Street, Mid-Illinois Concrete will be closing the center lane of Green Street between Second Street and Third Street. The closure will begin on Monday, November 21 and will reopen on Wednesday, November 23, 2016, weather permitting. A lane of eastbound and a lane of westbound traffic will be maintained during the closure.
