In order to facilitate tree work, the Public Works Department will close one lane of traffic on Kirby Avenue across the I-57 overpass (between Duncan Road and Staley Road). This work will begin at 6:00 a.m. on Saturday, September 24 and is scheduled to be completed by 11:00 a.m.
One lane will remain open at all times and traffic will be controlled by flaggers positioned on either side of the closure. The City appreciates the cooperation of travelers in the area and encourages caution when traveling through work zones.
