Demolition activities have been busy in Bristol Place this week, as fourteen properties are currently under contract to be demolished. One demolition contractor even hired a Bristol resident to work for his company this week. This hire furthers the goals of the Bristol Redevelopment Plan, as it increases minority participation in the project, increases minority participation for the contractor, and employs residents from Bristol Place.
