Neighborhood Coordination Staff attended the Devonshire HOA annual meeting held on Tuesday, May 10. NSD staff presented information on upcoming engagement activities, RNNC, and the Neighborhood Small Grant program. Specific questions were asked about summer programs for underprivileged youth and the community response to the rise in violence. The group also had an officer from the Police Department discuss crime and public safety in the area. The officer also discussed the creation of Listserv to assist him in engaging with the neighbors. He encouraged neighbors to sign up for the Listserv so that Police can connect with them to assist in ongoing investigations. Also in attendance was a representative from Public Works who discussed upcoming road construction projects.
