The Regional Neighborhood Network Conference Local Planning Committee held it’s monthly meeting on Friday April 8, 2016. The subcommittees provided status updates regarding their planning efforts:
- Finance – Presented a fundraising letter and brochure to be sent to key community stakeholders seeking sponsorship and support for the event.
- Marketing – Presented the new web page launched to promote the 2016 Champaign- Urbana RNNC, www.2016RNNC.com.
- Programming – Presented an update on the outreach for Call for Presenter Proposals regionally and locally. The committee also presented information on the Colonnades Room at the Memorial Stadium, which will be secured for the Friday night showcase event.
- Logistics – Presented a lodging update and vendor fair planning status report.
