In order to line a sanitary sewer interceptor for Urbana-Champaign Sanitary District, Visu-Sewer will close one southbound lane of Neil Street between Vine Street and Columbia Avenue. The lane closure will occur on Tuesday, February 2, 2016, between the hours of 7 a.m. and 6 p.m. Southbound traffic will be reduced to one lane in the area.
