A&R Services has completed the Fifth Street and Healey Street intersection and will open it to traffic on Wednesday, July 24, 2014. A&R is in the process of working toward the Fourth Street intersection along Healey Street installing new sidewalk, curb & gutter, pavement, and storm sewer. The project is scheduled to be completed by August 15, 2014.
