Stark Excavating was awarded the City project that would widen the approaches to the bridge on Windsor Road over I-57. Construction began on April 1 and will be complete on October 15, 2014. Windsor Road will be open for traffic on August 15, 2014. Stark has completed construction of the retaining walls on the west side of I-57. Stark continues to work on the retaining walls on the east side of the I-57 Bridge. Traffic is being detoured along a marked detour route along Duncan, Kirby, Staley, and Curtis Roads.
