The Neighborhood Programs Division received an offer to purchase the new home that will be built at 409 Taylor Thomas Lane by Homeway Homes. Construction of the home will begin in the Homeway Homes’ plant located in Deerfield, IL. As the home nears completion in the plant, foundation and utility work will begin on the lot at Taylor Thomas to prepare for the delivery of the new home. The new home should be completed and occupied by July 2013.
