Bristol Place demolition contractor Champaign Economic Restoration Endeavors Inc. (C.E.R.E.) discovered cisterns on two of the properties they were demolishing in Bristol Place, 1210 N. Market and 112 E. Garwood. Neighborhood Services staff issued a “Stop Work Order” for both of the properties and contacted Sims Drilling LLC to assess the properties.
Following a bank foreclosure, the house at 1202 W. Walnut was donated to the City of Champaign as part of the Community Revitalization Program.
