Housing Authority Board of Commissioners

Under the guidance of the Executive Director the Housing Authority of Champaign County (HACC) provides housing for low-income families and individuals. Families and individuals who meet income requirements are selected in accordance with the HACC’s Admissions and Continued Occupancy Policy and the Housing Act of 1939. The HACC does not discriminate against any applicant for housing on the basis of race, color, religion, sex or national origin.

The HACC Board is composed of seven Commissioners appointed to five-year terms by the Mayors of the Cities of Champaign and Urbana (five members), the County Board Chairman (one member) and the Resident Advisory Board (one member).
