The Selection Process

Application Review and Evaluation

Once the application deadline has passed, applications are reviewed to ensure that the recruitment goals are met and the pool of applicants is a reflection of the community’s available workforce. All applications are evaluated based on the required and preferred qualifications for the position. The most qualified candidates are selected to move forward for testing, interviews, and final consideration. Applicants that are not selected to move forward in the process will be notified.
