CGTV is proud to have earned national recognition for various City-produced programs over the years.  Here are some of our accomplishments:

2022 NATOA Award2022 – Award of Honor

for PW Talks About Snow and Ice Removal.  Awarded by the National Association of Telecommunications Officers and Advisors in the Public Education category (operating budget under $200,000).

 

2020 Government Programming Award

2020 – Award of Honor

for Recreational Cannabis Informational Video.  Awarded by the National Association of Telecommunications Officers and Advisors in the Public Education category (operating budget under $250,000).

 

 

2019 Government Programming Award2019 – Award of Honor

for City Council/Board/Commission meeting production.  Awarded by the National Association of Telecommunications Officers and Advisors in the Public/Community Meetings category.

 

 

2017 – Award of Excellence

for “Body Cameras: CPD’s New Tool to Protect & Serve“.  Awarded by the City-County Communications & Marketing Association in the Video-Education/Training category (city population 60,000-125,000).

 

 

2017 – Honorable Mention

for “A Welcome from Mayor Feinen“.  Awarded by the National Association of Telecommunications Officers and Advisors in the Event/Program Promotion category (budget under $300,000).

for a Public Service Announcement about responsible drinking.  Awarded by the National Association of Telecommunications Officers and Advisors in the Public Service Announcement (budget under $200,000) category. (This video is no longer available).

 

 

2013-GPA-Web2013 – Honorable Mention

for CGTV Online.  Awarded by the National Association of Telecommunications Officers and Advisors in the Government Station Web Site category.  (Award was for a previous version of the CGTV website – since updated and replaced.)
