Stark Excavating will be performing single lane closures of Church Street at the intersection with James Street as part of Phase III of the West Washington Street Drainage Improvements Project. Crews will be saw cutting the roadway pavement at the intersection of Church Street and James Street.
The single lane closures are planned to begin at 7 a.m. on Saturday, March 2, 2019, and are planned for completion by noon, depending on weather. Lane closures will be during daylight hours and will always allow for a minimum of one lane of through traffic.
The City appreciates the cooperation of travelers in the area and encourages caution when traveling in proximity to a work zone.
