In order to perform routine storm sewer maintenance, Hoerr Construction, Inc. will intermittently close one northbound and one southbound lane of Prospect Avenue from Springfield Avenue to Kirby Avenue. Traffic will be merged into a single lane in each direction through a short construction work zone. Work is planned to begin at 7:30 a.m. on Tuesday, March 20 and is planned to be completed by 4:00 p.m. Thursday, March 22. Traffic in both the northbound and southbound lanes of Prospect Avenue may be affected during the work hours of 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Minor traffic delays may occur.
The left turn lane of westbound Springfield Avenue at the intersection with Prospect Avenue will also be closed on Tuesday, March 20 between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. Southbound Prospect Avenue will not be accessible from westbound Springfield Avenue during these hours.
