Street closures are planned as part of Phase 2 of the West Washington Street Drainage Improvements Project. Washington Street and Carson Avenue will be closed in order to install storm sewers and other utilities, more specifically:
• Washington Street will be closed from Fair Street to Carson Avenue.
• Carson Avenue will be closed from Washington Street to Columbia Avenue.
The closures are planned to begin on Monday, March 5 and are planned for completion by the end of April, weather permitting. The streets will be closed to all traffic for the entire planned duration, including the overnight hours.
