Starting January 2, the City will begin accepting applications for Entry-level Police Officers to join the Champaign Police Department. For more information, and to apply, visit the Apply to Serve website. The application deadline for Entry-level Police Officers is February 9. Please note that applications for Experienced Police Officers are accepted year-round at www.champaignil.gov/jobs.
Optional Recruitment Information Session:
Interested individuals are encouraged to attend an information session on Monday, January 22 at 6:00 p.m. at the Champaign Police Department, Dodsworth/Tatman Room, 82 E. University Ave., Champaign.
