In order to construct an emergency sanitary sewer repair, Duce Construction will close Harvard Street to thru traffic between McKinley Avenue and Willis Avenue. Homeowners on Harvard Street will have access to driveways or on-street parking during this sanitary sewer repair. No Parking will be allowed where NO PARKING SIGNS are located while construction is in progress. Work is planned to begin on Wednesday, December 20 at 7:00 a.m. and be completed and reopened to traffic by 5:00 p.m. Friday, December 22.
