In order to facilitate contracted tree work, the Public Works Department will close one westbound lane of Kirby Avenue just east of the intersection of Kirby Avenue and Fourth Street. The work will begin at 7 a.m. on Monday, August 21 and is expected to be completed by 4 p.m.
