DMA / Mid – America, a sub-contractor for Insituform Technologies LLC will continue to perform pre-cleaning and televising for the 2017 Sewer Lining Contract throughout the City of Champaign beginning July 10, 2017.
Insituform Technologies LLC will begin the lining process throughout the City of Champaign on Monday July 17, 2017 at 7 a.m. Sewer lining rehabilitates existing sewers to a like-new condition. Insituform Technologies LLC will be placing door hangers on doors in areas that will be affected prior to lining; please take appropriate actions to minimize any potential sewer backups. All cleaning and lining work is dependent on weather conditions.
Operations will begin at 7 a.m. on Monday, July 10, 2017. Operations for the pre-cleaning and televising are daytime only and will not impact evening travel occurring after 6 p.m. The public is encouraged to obey all construction signs or plan alternative routes to avoid this work.
