2017 Concrete Street Improvements Project
Winchester Drive
As part of the City’s 2017 Concrete Street Improvements Project, the pavement on Winchester Drive from Cypress Drive to Broadmoor Drive is being reconstructed. The City’s contractor for the project is Otto Baum Company, Inc.

Beginning Tuesday, May 30, weather permitting, Winchester Drive will be closed from the south half of the intersection of Winchester Drive and Brookhaven Drive to the north half of the intersection of Winchester Drive and Cypress Drive. The north half of the intersection of Winchester Drive and Brookhaven Drive will remain open. The south half of the intersection of Winchester Drive and Cypress Drive will remain open. This section of Winchester Drive will be reopened Monday, June 5, weather permitting.
Due to the nature of the work it will be necessary to close driveways to complete the work. Advanced notice will be given at least 48 hours prior to closure of driveways. Residents may not have access to driveways for up to seven days.
Please pay close attention to construction signs, traffic control devices and marked detours. Please do not park on the street near the construction site or in areas that are posted “No Parking.” Please proceed cautiously through construction zones and use alternate routes whenever possible.
