At the March 28 city council meeting the Body Cameras: CPD’s New Tool to Protect & Serve video had its première viewing. The Champaign Police Department will soon be using body cameras as a new tool to protect & serve. This informational video explains how the police department will use the cameras and your rights when being recorded.
