In order to remove scaffolding at 217 S. Neil Street, Wells and Wells Construction will close one southbound lane of Neil Street between Clark Street and White Street. The closure will occur from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. on:

· Tuesday, April 4, 2017
Southbound traffic will be reduced to one lane in the area. All lanes will be reopened overnight.
