In order to construct new sidewalk and curb at 217 South Neil Street, Wells and Wells Construction and Mayfield Construction will close one southbound lane of Neil Street between Clark Street and White Street. The closure will occur from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. starting Monday, February 20 and ending Friday, March 3, 2017, weather permitting. Southbound traffic will be reduced to one lane in the area. All lanes will be reopened overnight.
