109 E. Bellefontaine continues to be an illegal dumping site in the Bristol Place Neighborhood. Property Maintenance Inspector Cliff Peete has issued several work orders to maintain the property free from junk and debris, each resulting in liens placed against the property for the cost of the abatement and administrative fees. Peete also towed a vehicle that was inoperable, unlicensed and abandoned on the property. The City recently acquired the property as part of the Bristol Acquisition Plan and will be demolishing the structure soon. Abatement costs were collected from the owner at closing.
