In order to perform an emergency water leak repair, Illinois American Water Company will be closing a southbound lane of Neil Street between John Street and William Street. The closure will begin on Thursday, December 8 and will reopen on Friday, December 9, 2016, weather permitting. Southbound traffic will be reduced to one lane in the area.
