Four demolition bid packets were opened on October 21, 2016 for the demolition of eight properties. Fenter Machinery was the lowest, responsible bidder for two bid packets and ICD Ironhorse, Inc. was the lowest, responsible bidder for two bid packets. Both are approved Bristol Demolition Contractors. Approval of the contracts is expected to go before the City Council in December.
