In order to complete a pavement patch at the intersection of Third Street and University Avenue, Illinois American Water and Shaw Brothers will be closing a westbound lane of University Avenue between Third Street and Second Street. The lane closure will begin on Tuesday, October 18 will reopen on Friday, October 21, 2016. Westbound traffic will be reduced to one lane in the area.
