Due to electrical work at the State Farm Center on Thursday, September 29, the traffic signals at the intersections of First Street and Fourth Street along Kirby Avenue will be placed on flash from 7:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. Temporary stop signs will be placed at the intersections. The electrical work will also affect street lights in the area, which will be out for the duration of the work. The City of Champaign appreciates the cooperation of travelers in the area.
