Fifty-six properties have been acquired in Bristol Place, twenty-six residents have been relocated and twenty-five properties have been demolished. Fourteen properties are scheduled to be demolished in the next few weeks pending Council approval of contracts with three approved Bristol Place demolition contractors on August 16. Fenter Machinery, Miller Enterprises, and ICD Ironhorse, Inc. were the lowest responsive bidders for seven bid packets. Fenter Machinery was the lowest responsive bidder for three packets, Miller Enterprises was the lowest responsive bidder for two, and ICD Ironhorse was the lowest responsive bidder for two.
