2016 Concrete Street Improvements Project
William Street, Holiday Drive, Stonegate Drive, and Tamarack Drive
Feutz has completed all of the concrete work on William Street from Mattis Avenue to Crescent Drive; on Stonegate Drive from Mattis Avenue to Holiday Drive; and on Holiday Drive from William Street to south of Stonegate Drive.
On June 21, City Council approved a change order to the 2016 Concrete Street Maintenance Project to add reconstruction work for Tamarack Drive between Winchester Drive and Rebecca Drive. Feutz began work on Tamarack Drive on July 5. The contractor is expected to complete the concrete work in August.
Lawn restoration for all locations will be complete between September 15 and November 1.
