Neighborhood Services Department staff met with Natalie Prochaska, a new PhD student at the University of Illinois Department of Urban and Regional Planning. Ms. Prochaska is very interested in neighborhood community development and is eager to work with the department to get a better understanding of the work we do as well as the larger structural constraints of developing affordable housing. Staff answered questions about the current status of the Bristol Park redevelopment as well as initiatives in Garden Hills and other programming in the department.
