In order to perform electric work for Ameren Illinois, PAR Electric will be closing one southbound lane of Neil Street between Hill Street and Church Street. The lane closure will occur between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, May 31 through Thursday, June 2. Southbound traffic will be reduced to one lane in the area. The closed lane will be reopened overnight.
