Windsor Road Lane Closure
In order to install a sanitary main for the Urbana Champaign Sanitary District, Stark Excavating has closed one eastbound lane of Windsor Road between Fourth Street and Lincoln Avenue. The lane closure began on Tuesday, May 3 and will reopen by Friday, May 13. Eastbound Windsor Road traffic will be reduced to one lane in the area.
