In order to perform an emergency water service repair for Illinois American Water, Cross Construction has closed White Street between Randolph Street and State Street. The road closure started on Tuesday, March 8, 2016, and will reopen by Friday, March 18, 2016. Through traffic will not be allowed. Access to all local properties will be maintained.
