Neighborhood Code Compliance Division staff presented proposed text amendments to Municipal Code Chapter 22 to the Code Review and Appeals Board on Wednesday, January 27. The Board was very engaged and offered suggestions where appropriate to help provide some clarification to the proposed language. Their input also helped the proposed text amendments to remain consistent with the International Code Council Codes currently adopted by the City. The suggestions will be incorporated in the proposed text amendments.
