In order to complete utility work at 1008 South Fourth Street, Wells and Wells Construction will be closing Fourth Street between Armory Avenue and Chalmers Street. The road closure will begin on Monday, January 4, 2016, and will reopen on Monday, January 11, 2016. Access to local properties will be maintained throughout the closure.
