In order to facilitate an emergency alley concrete pour, Feutz Contractors will be closing the northbound lane of Fourth Street between White Street and Stoughton Street. Flaggers will be on each end of the closure in order to maintain two-way traffic. The closure will begin at 8:00 a.m. on Monday, June 29, 2015, and will reopen at 10:30 a.m. on Monday, June 29, 2015, weather permitting.
